Welcome to M.C. KnifeWorks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.mcknifeworks.ca (the “Site”) and the purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this Site.

We operate and ship only within Canada.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
By using this Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory.
- You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products offered on this Site in your jurisdiction.
Our products are intended for lawful use in bladesmithing, blacksmithing, and related crafts only.
3. User Accounts
To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products & Intended Use
M.C. KnifeWorks supplies materials for blacksmithing and knife making.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Our products may be inherently hazardous if misused.
- You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful, and proper use of all products.
- We do not provide professional, safety, or legal advice regarding product use.
You assume all risks associated with handling, modifying, and using purchased materials.
5. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
6. Shipping Policy
- We ship only within Canadian borders.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back for a full refund.
Returns shipped after the first 7 days and within 14 days are eligible for store credit only (store credits never expire).
After 14 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

Conditions
- All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
- We will provide a return label at no cost only for orders fulfilled incorrectly.
Return Instructions
All returns must include a tracking number.
Please email your tracking number to mike@mcknifeworks.ca.
Failure to do so may delay processing.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation.
- Use purchased materials for illegal activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- M.C. KnifeWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or handling of products.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and, where applicable, follow our return policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M.C. KnifeWorks from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of products
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any applicable laws

All content on this Site is the property of M.C. KnifeWorks and may not be used without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
